Our Model

Effective Counseling Solutions is a not-for-profit counseling agency that combines the strengths of community mental health and private practice. We believe in providing the accessibility, community connection, and clinical support of a community mental health organization while preserving the flexibility, autonomy, and individualized approach often found in private practice.

Our model allows clinicians to focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care to their clients—while our agency supports the administrative responsibilities of practice, including electronic health records, billing, and operational overhead. We believe that when clinicians are supported and empowered in their work, they are better able to provide meaningful, compassionate care to the people and families they serve.
