Katie’s education also includes a Bachelor's degree (BA) in Psychology with a Minor in Criminology and Criminal Justice from The Ohio State University.
Katie is trained in diagnostic assessments and therapeutic services, with experience ranging from anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder/trauma to behavioral disorders, and anger. Katie is highly experienced in the use of clinical interventions such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma-Focused Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Mitch Conrad is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received his Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Cleveland State University. Mitch also attended Baldwin-Wallace University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (BA), majoring in Sociology and Psychology. Mitch is also pursuing a doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision at Kent State University.
Mitch’s clinical experience includes working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, obsessions, compulsions, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and concerns about suicide. Mitch is especially mindful of people who are recovering from or are experiencing acute or chronic trauma, including a specific focus for individuals recovering from bullying, emotional abuse, and physical abuse. Mitch has experience providing counseling to people in the LGBTQIA+ community and endeavors to provide counseling from a perspective that celebrates the diversity of identities and experiences for people and their communities.
Mitch is focused on providing counseling that is collaborative, consent-forward, and feedback-oriented in order to find the forms of treatment that feel best for you. He has received additional trainings in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed care, including certification in neurodevelopment in children (NME). In his leisure time, Mitch enjoys listening to music, playing piano, hiking in nature, playing tabletop games, and spending time with friends & family.
